Ramachandran Will Speak at Seminar

R. Ramachandran, a member of the All India Congress, will participate this Wednesday in the first of six International Seminars to be held throughout the summer. Gafoor Noorani, an advocate of the Bombay High Court, and Sunanda Kisor Datta-Ray, assistant editor of The Statesman, will join Ramachandran in evaluating "India after Nehru" in Burr B.

At 4 p.m. today Roger Duzer, Jean-Marie Domenach, and Michel Fournier will consider the "Domestic Reopening session of the Forum on alities" of modern France, in the Modern France in the VAC.
