In a closed-door session, the new Harvard Policy Committee yesterday elected Michael E. Abram '66, of Kirkland House and Hollywood, Fla., as its first chairman. Philip A. Keith '68, of Matthews Hall and East Long Meadow, was named secretary. Neither was opposed. The Committee also discussed nominations for its three voting members from the Faculty.
