Columbia University students have voted overwhelmingly in favor of open recruiting by any government or private organizations.
Men from the College and the School of Engineering were asked what they thought about unrestricted recruiting on campus. The poll followed demonstrations at schools across the nation including an earlier protest at Columbia, itself.
Of the 2175 Columbia men questioned, 67.6 per cent stated that they did not object to any on-campus recruiting.
