Mrs. Bolman Resigns As Dean of Residence

Susan O. Bolman, dean of Residence at Radcliffe for the past two years, will leave her post on July 1. She will be replaced by Genevive H. Austin, currently assistant dean of Residence at Vassar.

Mrs. Bolman, a proponent of letting increased numbers of girls live off-campus, will move to Connecticut where she may begin work for a doctorate in counseling and personnel administration. A graduate of American University. Mrs. Bolman also holds a master's degree from Columbia University.

Mrs. Austin, who has been at Vassar since 1963, was graduated from Oberlin College in 1930. Her new duties include supervision of student room assignments and the senior resident program.
