To the Editors of the CRIMSON:

To clarify misconceptions entertained by many members of the greater Cambridge community, I, offer the following brief observations on my relationship with King Collins. I have avoided making any public statement until this time so as to assure that my comments would not be appended to the numerous unprincipled attacks on him that have prejudiced criminal action against him.

I REJECT ALL ALLEGATIONS THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN A MEMBER OF THE COLLINS' GROUP, AND DENOUNCE COLLINS AND HIS CRONIES AS INJURIOUS TO THE STRUGGLES OF THE OPPRESSED IN THE FACTORIES, GHETTOES, SCHOOLS, AND HAMLETS OF THIS COUNTRY AND THE ENTIRE WORLD! In addition to perpetrating the same crimes of manipulation and objectification he so self-righteously criticizes, Mr. Collins and his group have engaged in dishonest, deceptive and counter-revolutionary acts as distributing a highly inflammatory critique of the German Ideology--a book they had not even read!
