To the Editors of the CRIMSON:
In the CRIMSON of December 1, a letter by several Harvard students and professors accuses the Center for International Affairs, among other things, of being a "comfortable haven for research by war criminals like Huntington and Kissinger."
The language is scurrilous. Such words reflect either a moral self-aggrandizement on the part of the authors or an incitement to actions which can only be destructive of the University as a place which respects honest, even if profound, differences.
For our part, though we may disagree with the views of our colleagues, we affirm their integrity as scholars and moral men.
