To the Editors of the Crimson:
I was sorry to read Mr. Reardon's statement in the October 20 Crimson about changing enrollment and only hope that in this case he was quoted out of context. The essence of President Bok's policy is to increase the total undergraduate enrollment while improving the ratio between men and women. The implication in Reardon's statement that an increase in the number of undergraduate women will diminish the number of "interesting people and events at Harvard" is. I feel, most unfortunate.
