If you'd rather think about wide receivers than Widener Library, then "Fundamentals of the Multiflex" taught by one of the recognized experts in the field, is the course for you.
Lawrence L. Brown '79, senior quaterback of the Harvard football team, instructs 20 students, in the half credit Kirkland House independent study course.
"I'm trying to teach the people enough so that the next time they go to a game, or watch one on T.V. at home, they'll understand the fundamentals," Brown said Monday.
But the founder of the system thinks that one semester may not be quite enough.
"You won't begin to cover the Multiflex in one semester," coach Joe Restic, coach of the Harvard football team, said Monday.
At present, there are no plans to make "Fundamentals of the Multiflex" a full year course.
