Sen. Edward M. Kennedy '54 (D-Mass.) plans to deliver a short address Thursday at 12:15 p.m. in front of Harvard Hall in the Yard. Kennedy, who will be in Cambridge to watch neice Caroline B. Kennedy '80 graduate, will attend Commencement exercises at Dudley House following his speech and a brief press conference.
