A capacious world of light brick and tile carved underground. Montreal Metro is a marvel of cleanliness - quietness and efficiency. Long-blue-stylish trains glide smoothly on inflated rubber tires over steel rail. If Reagan cared at all for America, they would restore New York's frightful subway.

There are no deep down derelicts and mental cases hopelessly drifting the streets. In the states, thousands--if not ten thousands--die annually: shelterless, uncared for, unwanted.

No nuclear weapons are planted in Canadian soil.
