Harvard Students To Vote on Divestment From Israel in Inaugural HUA Election Survey
Courtesy of Harvard Assistant Manager Michael Monroe, here are he Crimson's playoff possibilities:
If Harvard beats Dartmouth next Saturday and Yale loses one of its last two (Dartmouth, Cornell), Harvard will win the Ivy Division and be seeded fourth in the playoffs, which guarantees home ice in the first round.
If Harvard beats Dartmouth and Yale wins its last two, Harvard will qualify as one of the top eight if one of the following happens:
a) Providence loses either of its remaining games (Colgate tonight and New Hampshire).
b) Colgate loses twice (Providence, St. Lawrence) or loses and ties.
c) St. Lawrence loses twice (Clarkson, Colgate).
If St. Lawrence loses Clarkson, then the only way Harvard won't make it (if they beat Dartmouth) is if Colgate ties twice.
If Harvard loses to Dartmouth, there are still mathematical possibilities for winning the Division or the eight spot.
