Council Doesn't Meet

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Undergraduate Council did not meet last night. For the first Sunday of the term excluding vocations, the student representatives did not have the opportunity to pass resolutions, make fiery speeches, debate procedural matters, or otherwise gather in a Science Center lecture hall.

Council members decided last week to postpone their final meeting of the year until next Monday, so that Council Vice-Chairman Brian R. Melendez '86 could complete the task of assembling and indexing the council's governing bylaws.

Melendz said yesterday that the bylaws report--about 100 pages long--will be distributed to council members by the end of this week. The new student government will formally consider the body's official rules and procedures of its final meeting.
