The article "B-School Profs Say Harvard's Case in Sex Discrimination Waning" by Teresa A. Mullin inaccurately reports our conversation. The article's quoting my assessment that the University is unlikely to win the case is wrong. I feel that the University is not certain of a victory because life is uncertain. I have repeatedly stated that the Business School is not a discriminatory, sexist environment, and Barbara Jackson was, on balance, treated like any other candidate in the tenure process.
