Julie Peters' letter to the editor ["Garza's Second Victory is Hollow at Best," November 8 Crimson] showed a complete lack of understanding of the events that took place concerning the election of the U.C. Vice President.
Even worse than that, however, is her desire to whine about the past instead of concentrating on the future. The council resolved the vice-presidential dispute in a more-than-fair manner. If she cared at all about the effectiveness of the council, she would simply accept the fact that Melissa Garza is the Vice President and let the council go about its business.
