Election Commission Finds No Evidence In Rawlins Investigation

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Undergraduate Council's Election Commission reported no new findings yesterday regarding allegations of campaign violations by presidential hopeful Lamelle D. Rawlins '99 or her staff.

The commission is investigating an alleged link between Rawlins' campaign and an anonymous Phillips Brooks House (PBH) flier denigrating fellow candidate Elizabeth A. Haynes '98.

Rawlins denied all charges against her.

"As of this point, the election commission has not found evidence that directly links the Rawlins campaign to the PBH drop, but as the investigation continues, we ask students with any information to come forward," said Yoni E. Braude '98-'99, the commission's press liaison
