Multicultural Fluff

The staff wrongly mistakes sensitivity toward minorities on the part of house masters with a need for minorities as house masters. And what connection exists between the Faculty Council's lowering of standards and the appointment of minority house masters?

With house resources already insufficient to accommodate the needs of students, the introduction of race relations tutors in every house will only spread them thinner. Harvard already has abundant resources to deal with minority concerns; introducing new efforts into the houses is little more than multiculural fluff.
