LIVE UPDATES: Pro-Palestine Protesters Begin Encampment in Harvard Yard
I am a bit behind reading my Crimsons, so I just saw Eric Nelson's April 15 column. I know History general exams have been abolished, but could it be that the reason that "America [can] forget that cold day in the 1984 campaign" when Muskie cried, is that it happened in 1972. By 1984, Muskie had left the Senate, been secretary of State, and returned to private life. As had Richard Nixon (remember him), who, it was alleged, had something to do with the crying jag. Anyway, close to the usual Crimson standard. --Danny J. Boggs '65
