Happy first day of classes everyone! In addition to the stress of shopping for classes, adjusting to the HUDS diet, and getting used to unending sleep deprivation, a winter storm is also hitting us. Winter Storm Juno is apparently going to leave way over a foot of snow– quadlings, will we be seeing your faces this week? If we’re going to get that much snow, we might as well wish for a snow day (or two, or three....or a week)!

IN THE ATMOSPHERE
There’s going to be some brutal weather starting from today! It’ll be a high of 30 degrees and a chance of snow starting from this afternoon. But watch out for tonight– it’ll be a high of 20 degrees and a 100% chance of over one foot of snow! Time to pack on those layers!

IN THE D-HALLS
Lunch:
BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
Pork Sausage Sub with Peppers and Onions
Tortilla Veggie Pie

Dinner:
Herb Crusted Pollack
Roast Pork with Peppercorn Sauce
Gnocchi with Butternut and Sage
