The Apprentice, Harvard Style

As senior spring nears an end, many set to graduate at the end of the semester are accepting that the fun of college is coming to a close and choosing a path of consulting or banking. A new tumblr created by Jessica S. Lin '09, a former Crimson editor, W. Hugo Van Vuuren '07, and Mark D. Right in time for Natalie Portman's Oscar victory on Sunday came what many of us have been waiting for: a "Black Swan" that's a little lighter. Last week, Insanitas—Harvard's newest sketch comedy group—dropped "African-American Swan," a three-minute "Black Swan" parody.

Now, Leverett has released a video, Pforzheimer has created a blog, and Quincy followed up its "Quinception" teaser with the full-length video.

Butler combined his web design hobby with inside jokes between him and his friends into a blog that allows people to share why they love 'Merica.

A Monkey, a Banana, and a Bit of Violence

The Graduate School of Education might want to consider adding animal self-defense to the course catalog. When Anjali Adukia traveled to India to retrieve data for her dissertation at the GSE, she never expected to have her intellectual property (physically) stolen by a furry animal, or by a cute kid in a costume, for that matter. Her escapade was reenacted by the GSE's magazine here.
