Interclass football will start next Monday, when the Senior eleven will play the Freshmen, and the Juniors are scheduled to meet the Sophomores. The final match will be played the following Wednesday between the two winning teams. Captain H. H. Dadmun '17 has appointed the following men captains and managers of their respective teams:

Seniors: captain, F. M. Weld; manager. C. E. Ames.

Juniors: captain T. L. Storer; manager, D. K. Dunmore.

Sophomores: captain, J. H. P. Howard; manager, P. Lange.

Freshmen: captain, G. L. Wrenn.

D. Falvey '20 was recently appointed manager of the Freshman interclass team, after the regular competition. Football clothes will be provided for everyone, and the members of the winning eleven will receive their numerals in an oval. Men who were on the University squad, or who won their "H2" on the University second eleven, will not be eligible to play, nor will any Freshmen who won their numerals in the game against Yale. All those who intend to play will be required to take strength tests, unless they have already done so this fall.

The Class of 1919 at present holds the interclass football championship. Its eleven last year defeated the Seniors in the opening game 6 to 0, and in the finals the Juniors were beaten by a 14-to-0 score. The members of the present Freshman team have the advantage of having played during the fall, and have already practised together for several days in preparation for the series under the coaching of F. C. Church '20, who captained the 1920 eleven.
