SOPHOMORE ORCHARD SEEKS JUSTICE (AND 50 DOLLARS)

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In an attempt to regain $50 which he claims he lost when he was held as material witness to a jewelry robbery last June, Robert H. Orchard '42 will appeal to the Superior Court today.

Orchard, who witnessed the burglary of a store on the Square, was forced to put up $200 ball bond at a cost of $20 to himself. He claims he also lost $30 which he would have earned on a job awaiting him at his home in Missouri.

Orchard now wants his money back and is determined to carry the fight to the Supreme Court if necessary.
