A circular containing the following resolutions has been received by the several athletic associations:

1. Resolved, That the athletic, boating, cricket, foot-ball and base-ball associations of Columbia College, invite the various similar organizations of American colleges to meet for consultation and interchange of views on Saturday, March 29th, 1884, at 3 P. M., at Hamilton Hall, Columbia College, 49th street and Madison avenue, New York city.

2. Resolved, that the basis of representation be three delegates from each college, and that the proceedings shall be public.
