We are glad to welcome the return of the season when the Vesper services are part of the religious teaching of each week. The meetings are impressive and appropriate, and serve a purpose. Those who have never had a chance to attend these Thursday afternoon exercises will understand, if they go this afternoon, why the Vesper service draws so many people to Appleton Chapel; those who in former years have been delighted to attend many times, will be sure to find the pleasure renewed.
