At a recent meeting of the bicycle club it was voted to divide the club into riding and associate members. The riding members can join by applying to the secretary, while the associate members must be elected by vote--three black balls to exclude. It was also voted to hold a race meeting in the spring. The next social meeting of the club will be during the month of November, and others will follow at intervals once a month.
