Prof. J. W. White has gone west on business, and Charles Burton Gulick is conducting his courses, Greek 2 and 10.

"A Study in Girls," G. W. Dillingham, New York, publisher, is written by a Harvard man, E. S. Middleton, class of '85.

Capt. Frothingham has issued a notice prohibiting all but battery candidates from entering the cage, between 2 and 4 p. m.

Downer will coach the candidates for pitcher of the '95 nine today. All but battery candidates must be in the cage at 3.45 sharp.

The February Atlantic will contain an article by Professor Shaler, who is a native Kentuckian, giving the reasons why he joined the Union Army in the Rebellion.
