Tennis Tournament.

Yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock Messrs. Lee and P. Sears met at the Beck Hall courts, to decide the Tennis championship of the college. The first set was won by Sears, score, 6-3. In the second set Lee improved in his play and compelled Sears, who finally won the set, to play his best. Score, 8-6. The playing in the third set was about the best that has been seen during the tournament. The "rallies" were long and called forth much applause. The set went to Lee, score, 6-4. After a few minute rest, play was resumed. Lee seemed to be tired in this set and although he rallied somewhat toward the last, lost the set and the match: score, 6-4.
