The hare and hounds run announced for yesterday afternoon was postponed on account of rain. It will be held today at 3.30 p. m. sharp. It has been found that the afternoons are too short for runs beginning at 4 o'clock, and after today the hunts will be started at 3.15. They will probably be held every Wednesday until the season closes. Wednesday has been chosen because it is thought that more men will run on that day than any other, but if sufficient number prefer Thursday, the hunts will be held on alternate Wednesdays and Thursdays as heretofore.
