Conference Francaise.

In spite of the rain, there were about twenty-five members present at the meeting of the Conference Francaise last evening. The meeting was rather informal throughout and consisted of the initiation of new members, followed by a lecture on Leon Gambetta by Mr. E. M. Bayer, '90. The following members were initiated: From '90-Sturgis, Thorndike; from '91-W. E. Beer, J. B. Henderson, G. Jones, A. S. Walcott, and W. M. Woodworth, res. grad.
