The 147th catalogue of Princeton College has just been issued. It announces several new courses, prizes, scholarships and appointments. The following new names appear among the Faculty: Woodward Wilson, professor of Jur sprudence and political economy; W. M. F. Magie, professor of physics; H. C. Warren, instructor in logic; I. M. Brooks, instructor in mathematics; L. E. Livingood, instructor in French and German; H. Beattie, instructor in Latin; R. W. Blake, instructor in Greek; C. B. Williams, instructor in mathematics, and E. C. Richardson, librarian.
Five new prizes are offered, and twelve more endowed scholarships appear in the list, making the whole number ninety. The number of students enrolled this year is as follows: Fellows 8, Graduate students 93, Academic department 504, Scientific department 155. Special students 90-total 850. The first honor man of the present senior class Academic, is Samuel Grant Oliphant.
