The '97 crew did not row yesterday. By the advice of his physician Captain Kernan has stopped rowing. His place in the boat will be taken by Phelps.

Freshman Crew.Yesterday the freshman crew went out in the shell. The order was: Stroke, Scull; 7, Goodrich; 6, Seaver; 5, Ames; 4, Rice; 3, Jennings; 2, Hurley; bow, Bull.

Junior Crew.The junior crew had rather a longer row yesterday than usual. Frothingham was tried at No. 2 in the place of Howland, otherwise the order was the same.
