The annual convention of New England colleges was held on Nov. 14 and 15 at Boston University. Ten colleges, Harvard, Yale, Wesleyan, Williams, Amherst, Brown, Tufts, Dartmouth, Trinity and Boston University, were respectively represented by their Presidents and one Professor. The subject for discussion this year was "The Place of Modern Languages in the College Curriculum."
