The Harvard Cycling Association held a meeting last night to arrange for a meet in the spring. It was decided to hold it at the new track in Cambridgeport next May. There are to be five events, the quarter, half, one mile, and two miles, and a "quad" race between Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania if one can be arranged. The races will be scratch and open to college riders only. The other colleges have been written to in reference to this meet, but as yet nothing has been heard in reply.
