On Tuesday evening, April 7, Rev. G. M. Searle '57, C. S. P., will lecture in Sanders Theatre, on, "Astronomical Science Not Opposed to Christian Faith." The lecture will be given under the auspices of the Harvard Catholic Club. Rev. Father Searle is a well-known astronomer and has held many important places under the government and in different colleges, being at one time first assistant in the Harvard Observatory. In 1858 he discovered the minor planet (55) Pandora. He is now a regular contributor to Dr. Gould's Astronomical Journal and a Director of the Washington Catholic College Observatory at Washington, D. C.
