Sophomore Trial Debate.

The Sophomore Debating Club will hold its first trial to choose speakers for the second Freshman-Sophomore interclub debate this evening at 7 o'clock in Sever 11. The question will be: "Resolved, That the conduct of the United States Senate in recent years justifies the conclusion that it has suffered a permanent deterioration." Speeches will be limited to four minutes. Twelve men will be retained to speak at the second trial on March 17. F. O. White '99, L. G. O. Smith 1900, and J. A. H. Keith Sp., will act as judges. The interclub debate will come on April 4.
