Freshman-Sophomore Inter-club Debate.

On April 10, the Sophomore and Freshman Debating Clubs will hold their second inter-club debate. The question has not yet been chosen.

The first trial of the Sophomore Club will be held March 10 in Sever 11, on the question: "Resolved, That the conduct of the United States Senate in recent years justifies the conclusion that it has suffered a permanent deterioration." Speeches will be limited to four minutes. Twelve men will be chosen to speak at the second trial on March 17.

The first trial of the Freshman club will be held March 14 in Sever 11, on the question: "Resolved, That a single tax on land would be better than the present system of taxation." Speeches will be limited to five minutes. Ten men will be chosen to speak at the second trial on March 21.
