The three final matches of the Longwood tennis tournament, played on Saturday afternoon, resulted in an easy victory for L. E. Ware '99. In the semifinals Ware defeated Pier 6-2, 6-1; and R. McKittrick defeated Read 6-4, 6-2. In the final match McKittrick went to pieces, Ware winning 6-4, 6-0, 6-0. The match for the state championship will be played this afternoon at 3 o'clock between Ware and H. Ward 1900.
