Mr. W. H. Baldwin, Jr., '85, will talk at the Union this evening at 7.15 o'clock on the recent campaign of Mayor Low in New York City.
Mr. Baldwin is president of the Long Island railroad and has been actively connected with railroad interests in this country for several years. The recent plan of connecting the Long Island and Pennsylvania railroads by tunnels under the North and East rivers was due chiefly to his suggestion and management. During the last few years, however, he has been interested chiefly in the reform movement of municipal government in New York City, and it was due in large measure to his efforts that the present administration there was elected.
