Basket-Throwing Contest.

The preliminary round of the basket-throwing contest for the silver trophy offered by the University basketball management will take place on the floor of the Gymnasium this afternoon at the hours designated below and under the conditions previously announced in the CRIMSON.

Of the contestants in this afternoon's trial, the ten men making the best record will be qualified for the final round which will take place tomorrow night previous to the practice of the University squad.

Following is the assignment of hours for this afternoon's trials, the contestants throwing in the order named:
