The United States Civil Service Commission announces Technical and Scientific Examinations to be held in Boston on April 21, and also examinations for the following positions, some of them to be held as early as March 10: (1) Electrical Engineer; (2) Hydrographic Aid; (3) Attendant and Skilled Photographer, U. S. Military Academy, West Point, N. Y.; (4) Aid in the Science of Mollusks, National Museum, Washington, D. C.; (5) Interpreter in Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Spanish, French, and Italian.
