The University fencing team will meet Cornell in the Gymnasium this evening at 8 o'clock. T. D. Roberts '03, H. J. Elam 2L., and H. St. Gaudens '03, will compose the University team, and the Cornell team will be composed of H. F. Blount, W. L. Bowman and A. Quneneau. Each man will fence one bout with each of the three men on the other team. Although the Cornell team was defeated by Columbia on Wednesday by the score of 7 to 2, they are likely to make the contest close tonight, as the Harvard team has been weakened by the loss of H. W.
