Pawtucket Wins at Cricket.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The University cricket team was defeated by the Pawtucket cricket team at Pawtucket yesterday afternoon by the score of 75 to 58. The fielding of the University team was especially weak and, owing to the fact that the batting was hurried in order to catch the return train, the men were easily bowled out. Tingley showed good control in bowling and Taylor's batting was notable. Pawtucket played a strong defensive game, doing more blocking than hitting. Their team as a whole was very consistent in batting, and fielded fairly well.
