For the current academic year: J. C. Carter, lecturer on the origin, growth and function of law.

Without limit of time: A. C. Potter, assistant librarian of the University: C. A. Mahady, superintendent of the reading-room at the University Library.

For one year from September 1, 1904: V. Custis and S. O. Martin, Austin teaching fellows in economics; R. C. Griffin, Austin teaching fellow in chemistry; F. F. McIntosh, Austin teaching fellow in ore-dressing and assaying: H. Bingham, Jr., Austin teaching fellow in history: J. A. Walz, lecturer on German literature: L. J. Henderson, lecturer on biological chemistry: W. B. Parker and F. W. C. Hersey, instructors in English: H. E. Woodbridge, C. C. Hackett and R. W. Kelse, assistants in English: K. K. Smith, assistant in fine arts: C. A. Lega assistant in economics: A. S. Beatman, assistant in education.

L. P. Burnham has been appointed to the Julia Amory Appleton fellowship in architecture.
