FRESHMAN STATISTICS

The following statistics indicate that the whole freshman eleven averages seven pound to the man more than the Harvard Freshman team. In height and age, however, the teams are fairly equal. Both teams are slightly less in height, weight and age than last year.

HARVARD FRESHMAN ELEVEN.

Average age--18 years, 7 months. Average height--5 feet, 10 3-4 inches. Average weight--159 pounds.

J. Derby, captain and halfback, prepared at Groton School, where he played right halfback for two years. He is 18 years old, 5 feet 8 1-2 inches tall, and weighs 148 pounds.

G. Bacon, left end, prepared at Groton School, where he played left end for one year. He is 18 years old, 6 feet 1 1-2 inches tall, and weighs 154 pounds.

C. C. Pell, left tackle, prepared at Pomtret School, where he played guard for two years. He is 19 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs 172 pounds.

P. Boyer, left guard, prepared at Groton, School, where he played guard for one year. He is 19 years old, 6 feet 1 inch tall, and weighs 166 pounds.

P. Grant, centre, prepared at Noble and Greenough's School, where he played centre for two years. He is 18 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs 155 pounds.

G. S. Talbot, right guard, prepared at Noble and Greenough's School, where he played guard for two years. He is 19 years old, 6 feet 4 inches tall, and weighs 197 pounds.

S. D. Warren, Jr., right tackle, prepared at Milton Academy, where he played guard and tackle for three years. He is 18 years old, 6 feet 1 1-4 inches fail, and weighs 184 1-2 pounds.

G. G. Ball, right end, prepared at Noble and Greenough's School, where he played halfback for three years and end one year. He is 19--years old, 5 feet in 1-2 inches tall, and weighs 152 pounds.

M. L. Newhall, quarterback, prepared at Germantown Academy, where he played quarterback for three years. He is 18 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs 130 pounds.

C. Lincoln, left halfback, prepared at Brookline High School, where he played halfback for four years. He is 20 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs 151 pounds.

C. Apollonio, fullback, prepared at Milton Academy, where he played fullback for two years. He is 20 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs 153 pounds.

G. deK. Gilder, left halfback, prepared at Milton Academy, where he played halfback for two years. He is 19 years old, 5 feet 6 1-2 inches tall, and weighs 148 pounds.

H. Hadden, right end, prepared at Groton School, where he played end for one year. He is 19 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs 148 pounds.

H. L. Barney, left guard, prepared at Roxbury Latin School, where he played for three years. He is 18 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs 233 pounds.

K. Pope, quarterback, prepared at Milton Academy, where he played quarterback for four years. He is 19 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs 145 pound.

S. V. Fish, tackle, prepared at Groton School where he played right guard for one year. He is 19 years old, 5 feet 11 1-2 inches tall, and weighs 159 pounds.

E. G. Long, left end, prepared at Andover, where he played end. He is 19 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds.

E. C. Congdon, left tackle, prepared at St. George's School, where he played fullback. He is 19 years old, 5 feet 10 1-2 inches tall, and weighs 165 pounds.

C. W. Hockenburger, left guard, prepared at Andover, where he played guard. He is 20 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs 175 pounds.

A. C. Sherman, centre, prepared at Andover, where he played centre. He is 18 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighs 200 pounds.

W. W. Holloway, right guard, prepared at St. Paul's School, where he played guard. He is 20 years old, 6 feet tall, and weighs 198 pounds.
