Golf Tournament Begins Today.

The four days' tournament to decide the individual golf championship of the University will begin this afternoon with a qualifying round of 18 holes at the Country Club course, Brookline, Where play will continue on each afternoon, closing with a final round on Thursday. Those eight men having the lowest scores in the qualifying round will enter the first round of match play tomorrow afternoon, and the man making the best score will be awarded a medal. The following men have entered: O. L. Mills '05, M. McBurney '06, H. B. Hollins '04, S. Plummer '04, H. R. Sedgwick '04, E. Wilder '07, A. L, White '06, R. G. Whiting '04, W. F. Harrison '06, F. Thieriot '06, F. Ingalls '04, W. C. Coleman '04, F. H. Ellis '06, T. Newbury '06, G. A. Leland '07, C. C. Stetson '07, H. Davenport '06, W. C. Chick '05, F. W. Cloud '05, H. L. Burdick 1L., L. A. The pairing for the matches for tomorrow will be announced in the CRIMSON.
