Speculation in Football Tickets

The Athletic Association has issued the following statement in regard to speculation in football tickets:

The management announces to the public that it has arranged to secure, so far as possible, the seat numbers of tickets found in the hands of speculators or offered for sale at a premium, and, in accordance with the provision printed, on the ticket, will refuse to honor them on the day of the game, refunding only the face value.
