The first performance of the Grand Opera "Azara," by the late Professor J. K. Paine h. 69, head of the Department of Music, will be given Tuesday evening, April 9, at Symphony Hall, Boston, by the Cecilia Society, conducted by Mr. B. J. Lang.
Tickets at $2, $1.50, and $1 have been placed on sale at Symphony Hall.
