The University tennis team was defeated by the Law School team on Jarvis Field yesterday afternoon by the score of 8 to 1. A. N. Reggio '07 was the only member of the University team to win his match.

The results of the individual matches were as follows:

Singles--F. J. Sulloway 3L. defeated J. M. Morse '07, 9-7, 4-6, 6-3; F. W. Cole 3L. defeated C. C. Pell '08, 6-3, 6-1; F. F. de Rham 3L. defeated A. S. Dabney, Jr., '09, 6-3, 6-2; S. W. Howland 3L. defeated A. M. Harlow '07, 6-4, 6-4; A. N. Reggio '07 defeated W. Wadsworth 3L., 1-6; 9-7, 6-4; M. H. Ivy 2L. defeated E. P. Pearson '09, 6-1, 7-5.

Doubles--Sulloway and Cole defeated Morse and Pell, 6-1, 0-6, 6-2; de Rham and Howland defeated Dabney and Regio, 6-1, 6-2; Wadsworth and Ivy (substituted by J. A. Rice 3L. in the second set) defeated Harlow and Pearson, 6-1, 6-2.
