Two Teams From University Squad Play at 2. Another Slight Cut.

A full nine-inning practice game will be played on the Freshman diamond this afternoon at 2 o'clock between two picked teams of the University baseball squad. If the weather is too poor for the game or for practice a notice will be posted in Leavitt & Peirce's window.

Substitutions will be made in the batting orders during the game in order that as many members of the squad as possible may be given a chance. The batteries of the teams have not yet been picked.

The batting orders: TEAM A.  TEAM B. Leonard, 3b.  3b., Haydock Briggs, 1b.  2b., Keefe Aronson, 2b.  1b., Hall Lanigan or Dana, l.f.  l.f., Waters Simons, s.s.  s.s., Paine Harvey, c.f.  c.f., Kemble Pond, r.f.  r.f., Pounds Catcher  Catcher Pitcher  Pitcher

A few men were cut from the squad yesterday afternoon, and may begin practice with the second team Monday. All Freshmen who were battery candidates on the University squad and whose names do not appear in the list below, will report with the Freshman squad hereafter at 4 o'clock.
