FOOTBALL KICKING CONTEST

In order to create greater interest in the football practice this spring and next fall and more especially to develop men of kicking ability, five cups have been offered for proficiency in kicking. The cups are offered for long distance punting, onside kicking, drop kicking, long distance and short distance place kicking, and will be awarded on October 15, to the men who prove themselves continually from now until that date to be the best men. The contest is extended through this time in order that it may be perfectly fair, and that every man may have an even chance and not lose by an off day.

Everyone who wishes to find out the exact conditions of the competition should see Coach Haughton or Captain Burr at practice.
