An anonymous friend of the University has offered, and the Corporation has accepted, the sum of $150 a year for three years, to establish in Harvard University a scholarship to be enjoyed by a properly qualified graduate of Allegheny College, Meadville, Pa., who may desire to pursue his studies in one of the graduate departments.
